Cancellation & Refund Policy

This section defines the cancellation and refund policy of GCI and is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the cancellation and refund policy for Users availing services of a Service Provider registered on the Portal. The second part deals with the cancellation and refund policy for Users who avail the services of GCI by registration and/or advertising on the Portal.

For Services Availed From Registered Service Providers

The User understands and acknowledges that the GCI Portal only enables communication between service providers listed on the portal and potential Users of services. GCI is only a facilitator and is not a party to any transactions on the Portal. The contract of services and sale of products listed on the portal is by means of a bipartite contract exclusively between the User and the Service Providers listed on the portal.

The User understands and acknowledges that for seeking cancellation/refund of any service availed by him/her from any Service Provider registered on the Portal, such User will be governed by the terms of cancellation and refund agreed to between such User and the Service Provider at the time of making such purchase/availing the service.

The Service Provider shall make the Users aware of its Cancelation and Refund Policy prior to the purchase of any product/service from the Service Provider by the User.

The User understands and expressly acknowledges that GCI will have no liability whatsoever for cancellation/refund of/for any service availed/products purchased by such User from any Service Provider registered on the Portal.

For Services Availed From GCI

A User subscribing to any subscription model of GCI for registering itself on the Portal may seek cancellation of such subscription and refund of the fee paid by it therefor within a period of 10 (ten) days from the date of subscription.

A User subscribing to any subscription model of GCI for advertising itself on the Portal may seek cancellation of such subscription and claim refund of the fee paid by it therefor in the manner provided hereinafter.

The User understands and acknowledges that the space for displaying/publishing the Ads on the Portal it limited and the available slots are allotted to a User on first come first serve basis. Any sudden cancellation of Advertisement may lead to wastage of such space and loss of revenue for GCI.

As such, a User intending to cancel his order for advertising on the Portal and seeking refund of the fees paid therefor has to be make such request within a period of 30 days preceding the date on which the User’s Advertisement is scheduled to be published on the Portal. No request for cancellation and/or refund shall be entertained beyond such period.

A User seeking cancellation of subscription as aforesaid shall write to sales@greencleanindia.com citing the reason for such cancellation and request for refund.

The User understands and acknowledges that GCI has not made any warranties or representations to it regarding the number of visitors on its portal, etc., and that the User has proceeded to avail the services of registration and/or advertising on the portal based purely on their own judgment and assessment. As such, the User understand and acknowledges that no cancellation and/or refund request shall be entertained after such period.

It may take up to 15 days to process the refund after submission of the request.

Refunds will be provided only after deducting all applicable taxes or other charges.

It shall be the obligation on the part of the User to provide accurate communication details while requesting for refund. If any discrepancy is found to that effect, the refund request will immediately be cancelled.

No refund request will be entertained or processed if the User/ Service Provider violates any of these Terms of Use and other policies of GCI.
