waste management after holi celebrations

Yesterday we celebrated Holi in our society with full bash and enjoyed the festival at our fullest. At the same time, we tried our best to maintain all Social distancing norms. People exchanged greetings and sweets. Many small children played with plastic water guns and balloons. Young kids used colours, unfortunately some were of chemical origin. As a result, whole society became quite dirty. We have lot of plastic waste (broken water guns and balloons) and coloured spots left in the society premises as the result of the celebrations, as we are a society of 4000 residents. Please advise the best way to manage this plastic and chemical waste. Waste management is vital.
